After all the searching for a new game to play
I've been doing the same, it makes me feel like a crazy person, I have steam games and so much stuff to finish on consoles I don't know whats wrong with me but I have been doing better with less time to actually do that. Got too many to play. Choosing is rarely an issue for me since I've managed to avoid just buying willy-nilly and ending up with a bunch of stuff I don't want to play. I genuinely want to play every game in the large-but-thankfully-no-longer-growing stack on my desk, I just need more time.
I'm also pretty much always a year or two behind the curve, and I like it that way. I can rarely participate in December GOTY discussion, but everything's cheaper by the time I get around to buying it and I'm not a game tester for an industry that's increasingly releasing broken products and letting early-adopters work out the kinks for them.
I struggle with this problem alot! Due to new stricter time constraints work and family and prices of new games I struggle to find a new game to play. It takes a special kind of game now for me to pay full retail price for when earlier in my life it wasn't a problem.
Was just doing this today. Had Steam open with only my installed games listed and out of 36 games I couldn't decide on one to play. Ended up not playing anything all day. This happens quite often. Nah, I always have a couple of things on the go.
The solution to this problem is to get addicted to an MMO, then you never need to worry about not knowing what to play! Everyone should try it! I kinda just don't buy games anymore unless I really want them. I mean, I bought some stuff in the recent Steam sale that I've barely played. There is always at least 10 games at any time I could go and buy. If you can think of any other really good ones in old or new feel free to leave a comment.
All you have to do for split-screen is hook up a second controller. This game is also available for PS4 and Xbox. The game naturally blacks out portions of the screen to make the images uniform but you lose quite a bit of space.
The Lego series have changed a bit and have become more diverse in how they play but they still feel like an original. These will always be classics in the world of sports gamers. I hate EA, but they actually do a decent job with their sports games. I added this one in here because I found a way to make it split-screen! All you have to do is follow the instructions from this video to get it to work.
I know I left out some RTS real-time strategy genres from this mix please forgive me for that. I listed some games that took my interest. Some of you might have mixed opinions on these series. To me, these series are the ones that I Ubisoft is still getting right. Some of you might naturally compare it to them not being as good as FC3 but now they actually have a multiplayer feature.
GamerPals on Reddit has the most active forums of people looking for friends to play with. I definitely think that if you had a friend or two play with, you can forget the dry story and shortcomings. Having a buddy to watch your back in a game like Rust will definitely take the edge off. You would also get a lot out of utilizing the meetup apps since Rust is a game that naturally pits players against each other. Watch the first demo of this game at the E3 year it was announced.
The players are actually playing like a cohesive unit! This game was always meant to revolve around tactical cohesion from start to finish with very little in between which is awesome. You can find a ton of different people with different playstyles looking to get together.
The other players have to flip generator switches and related objectives before they get caught. Yes, there are Co-Op games for VR! Most of them are remastered and the VR implemented version of old games like Elite Dangerous but that still counts. Players all meet in a lobby, start the game, and then all work to explain to one person how to disarm the bomb. The same is true with the PC version. Fight against players in a beat saber-like world. It seems really chaotic but the controls are easy to learn.
Play this one standing or sitting. Players of all skill will find this game enjoyable and I came across some serious ranked matchmaking communities online. This is also one of the few games that is entirely multiplayer and exclusive to VR setups. Do you ever remember playing this game many years ago when the 2D version was released?
Updated May 27th, by Kim Dailey: More info was added touching upon what happens after you beat Cyberpunk and what carries over post-game. The list of post-game activities was also re-ordered for readability purposes, and formatting changes have been made for the reader's clarity.
Cyberpunk has a plethora of completionist rewards, as is expected in such games nowadays. Granted, most of the audience that still places importance on the whole achievement system uses Microsoft consoles. So why not go around and knock them all out? The reward for Misty's quest to find all these Tarot Murals in Cyberpunk is a bit lackluster.
No spoilers, but if you're curious whether this side activity will be worth your time, you can rest assured it probably won't feel like it. That doesn't mean you should forget about it altogether; just save it for after you beat Cyberpunk's main story.
When you do get around to searching them out, we've got a guide for finding them to lessen the tediousness of the endeavor. What's more, completing the Tarot collection rewards an achievement; plus, the art used for them is beautiful and stylistic.
Iconic Weapons are Cyberpunk's version of unique gear, very similar to the Unique Weapons from the Fallout franchise. Simply put, these weapons have extra modifiers that other guns don't have. There are some pretty outrageous ones out there, such as guns that can talk or a sniper with a silencer that can also shoot through walls.
The majority of them are sprinkled throughout the areas you access while completing the sidequests. Plus, hunting these things down after the campaign is easy with our guide. There are tons of cars V can purchase in Cyberpunk Honestly, it's pretty overwhelming once purchasing these cars becomes possible since you will suddenly start getting endless texts about potential cars.
